Registration
Considering the unsettled COVID-19 issue worldwide, the Symposium Organizing Committee has made a difficult decision to convert APSSRA2020 to a fully virtual symposium.
It is disappointing that we will not able to see each other in Japan but we will try our best to host a remote symposium effectively.

On-Site Registration will be available at the symposium venue throughout the duration of the symposium.
We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.
- * All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time (JST).
- * The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.
Registration Fee
The registration categories and fees have changed.
* All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.

Payment
Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) only.
- * Receipt can be downloaded through the registration user account.
* Please note that the payment method for onsite registration will be cash or credit card.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Changes of Registration
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the Registration Office.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your participation in the symposium, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the symposium proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.
